Pick a style
Tap one of the round buttons: rock, studio, bossa, shout, 707, 808, synth, techno, latin, funk, electro, brute, dusty or micro.
Spin for a surprise
Tap the random knob. DrHits lands on a famous breakbeat or a classic drum machine, and shows its name at the top of the drum machine so you can find it again.
Set the tempo
Turn the TEMPO knob on the screen. Drums, bass and chords all follow it.
Shape the sound
swing gives the beat a bouncy, human feel. spring reverb adds space. delay adds echoes; pick the echo length in the menu under the knob. volume sets how loud the drums are.
