Start the bass
Press bass ▶ at the top, or START in the Bass sequencer section. The top right shows the key and tempo it plays in.
Follow your chords
With follow on, the bass moves with the chords in your loop. Switch it off and the bass line stays on the key.
Shape the line
The bass line has 8 steps. Slide a step’s bar up or down to change its note; the letter on top shows which note it plays. Tap on / off under a step to mute it for a gap.
Pick a sound
Turn the sound knob for dance, hip-hop, pop or rock. Turn tone for a darker or brighter bass, and volume for how loud it is.
Spin for a new line
Tap the random knob. You get a new bass line with a new tone and sound.
